I am writing to offer my services to your members for a unique equine photo shoot experience. I am a Dorset based equine photographer specialising in studio shoots, capturing the horse's beauty in a way that the owner may have not see before. My work is also highly printable and make great art piece for the owners. 
How it would work is I would base myself at your club for a day, and your members can book themselves in with me for 45 minutes, this would give us enough time to get some fantastic shots of the horse and the owner (if they want to be in the photograph), if there is time we could do some shots around the yard/grounds also. I would then provide all the photographs around 20, on a disc in hi-resolution for the owner. 

Cost per individual session would be £50,  provided sufficient number of bookings
